What is the minimum number of people for me to get a group rate?

15 People.

Who do I call to book a group outing?

Please call 336.598.5050 ext 114, which is our Party Central Office.  The office is open 1PM - 8PM Monday through Thursday, 1PM - 9PM on Friday and Saturday, and 1PM - 6PM Sunday.

What if I do not have 15 people, can I still get a group discount?

Unfortunately, No.  However, we will work with pricing so that you receive the cheapest rate possible.

Who is eligible for a group rate?

Any non-profit organization.

Do you have any packages for groups?

Not at this time.  All prices are put together by our existing prices.  So if you had a group of 50 that wanted to skate and bowl 1 game the total cost per person would work out like this:  $3.75 (skating/person) + $3.90 (Bowling game/person) = 7.65 per person.  Note:  $3.90 bowling price is for Saturday and Sunday afternoons.  On another note, your group is more than welcome to take advantage of our BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES.

Do you require advance notice for bringing a group?

YES!  Oftentimes, we have to adjust our staff to accommodate groups.

How much advance notice is required?

Please give us at least 2-3 day advance notice.

How much does it cost to rent the entire facility?

There are many factors that play into pricing out the rental of the entire facility.  Rates usually start at about $30.00 per person.

Can we bring bagged lunch to Palace Pointe?

No.  Palace Pointe does not allow any outside food or beverage.  Palace Pointe can cater to your group so that everyone gets to eat.

Can we bring a cake for our ball team or group?

Yes, however there are stipulations on this.  You must book a room in advance.  The cake must be kept and eaten within the room.

Can you reserve bowling lanes for our group?

Unfortunately, no.  Bowling lanes are first come, first serve.

Can we book a group on Friday or Saturday night?

Sorry, no.  Our group rates are unavailable Friday, Saturday, or the night before a holiday.
