A minimum of TWO
WEEKS in advance on a first-come, first-served basis is
requested. However, keep in mind, availability is limited so
make your reservation early to receive your time preference.
2. Is a deposit required?
Yes. To reserve your date and time, a $50.00
deposit is required at the time of booking. All deposits are
non-refundable. Palace Pointe will not be able to book
or reserve your party without a $50.00 deposit.
Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted over the
telephone.
3. May I bring my own cake?
Yes, you may bring your own cake, IF AND ONLY IF, you
have booked a birthday party through Party Central; however,
no other outside food or drinks are allowed.
4. May I bring my own plates and napkins?
Yes; however, paper plates and napkins are included in the
party package as well as a bouquet of balloons for the
honoree.
5. What if friends and relatives want to skate or
bowl with the party?
Those guests may pay at the bowling or skating counter.
They will be charged the prevailing rate at the time.
The additional activities may be charged back to the
party if you desire.
6. Do you
have a movie birthday package?
No. Due to
limited space, changing showtimes, and restrictions imposed
on Palace Pointe by the movie production companies, we
cannot offer a movie birthday package. However, we
created the Bronze Party Package for this case, so that you
may have a party and then go see a movie at your own
volition.
7. I only
have 7 guests for my party, can I still have a party?
Even though you do
not meet the required minimum of 8, you may still have your
party. However, you will be charged for 8 guests.
8. Does the
minimum of 8 include the birthday honoree?
Yes. The
birthday honoree is considered one of the eight.
9. Do your
party packages include food?
Only two include
food. The Teen Scream Party and
Cosmic Nights Party. Food for other packages is á la
carte.
10. I keep
calling, but only get voicemail. Can I talk to a
person?
Oftentimes, our office personnel is on the phone with a
customer. Please leave a detailed message and we will
call you back as soon as possible. It is also possible
that you called our information hotline, which is our
automated information system at 919-226-2300.

11. May I
tip my Host or Hostess?
Yea, tips are very
much appreciated, however, not required.
12. Do you
provide birthday cakes?
No. Palace
Pointe does not provide birthday cakes.
