The Palatial Yard Sale

Join us for the Palatial Parking Lot Yard Sale, an outdoor event where vendors can sell yard sale treasures and business items, happening on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Palace Pointe Parking Lot.

Important Details
- Spaces are sold as individual parking lot spots.
- This registration covers lot space only — tables, chairs, and electricity are not provided.
- The registration fee is non-refundable and serves as a donation toward Palace Pointe improvements.
- Please bring your emailed receipt for vendor check-in on event day.

Arrival Times (Strictly Enforced)
5-spot vendors → 6:00 AM
2-spot vendors → 6:30 AM
1-spot vendors → 7:00 AM
🚫 Do not arrive before your assigned time.

Check-In Instructions
Upon arrival, line up at the entrance next to the Palace Pointe LED road sign and wait for an attendant to guide you to your designated space.
